1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and online store operated by Additive Edge LLC ("Additive Edge," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase from us.

2. Eligibility

Our products are offered for sale to customers located in the United States only. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are ordering for delivery within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

3. Products and Pricing

We sell 3D printing materials and related products. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, colors, or other content are complete or error-free. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including after an order has been submitted.

4. Orders and Payment

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we ship the product or send a confirmation. Payment must be received in full before an order ships. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

5. Shipping

In-stock items ship within 3 business days via ground shipping. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you with an updated delivery date. Shipping timeframes refer to when an order leaves our facility, not delivery date. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

All material purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. If a product arrives defective, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you, provided you notify us within the timeframe stated in our Returns & Refunds policy and supply documentation of the defect. This section does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Material Handling, Use, and Compliance

Our products are engineering and industrial materials intended for knowledgeable users. You are solely responsible for:

• Determining whether a product is suitable for your intended application;
• Handling, processing, storing, and disposing of materials safely and in accordance with all applicable instructions, technical data sheets, and safety data sheets (SDS);
• Complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to your purchase and use of the products.

You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer any product in violation of U.S. export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and any applicable sanctions. You represent that you are not a restricted or denied party and that you will not use, sell, or transfer products to any party or for any end-use prohibited under U.S. law. We make no representation that any product is authorized for export from the United States.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our site—including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and the "Additive Edge" name and marks—is owned by or licensed to Additive Edge and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED DEFECTIVE-PRODUCT REMEDY STATED ABOVE, ALL PRODUCTS AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADDITIVE EDGE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR A PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Additive Edge LLC and its owners, members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our site with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the site or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
