ATARU Black by Nano Dimension is a groundbreaking UV-curable resin for DLP printing. Part of the ATARU series, it combines exceptional high-temperature resistance, durability, superior surface quality, and ultra-low dielectric loss with enhanced precision down to the printer's pixel size.
Key Benefits
- Market-leading thermal performance — HDT >300°C (0.45 / 1.8 MPa), Tg >300°C
- High impact strength and durability; suitable for injection molding
- Ultra-low dielectric loss — ideal for high-frequency / RF applications
- Enhanced precision — excellent accuracy on fine features, scalable after post-processing
- Low viscosity (~885 mPas) — seamless integration across a wide range of 365–405nm DLP printers
- Fast processing, suitable for serial production
Ideal Applications
- Connectors for electronics
- Molds (injection molding)
- Tools & fixtures
- Radio frequency (antenna) components
Mechanical & Thermal Properties
